National large cap private equity real estate development group is seeking an in-house Acquisitions Director for high to mid-rise distressed condominium assets in the South Florida Markets.

Requirements:

-Relationships with local financial institutions & developers who currently own title, have existing notes, are the acting agent or participant lender, for large scale distressed condominium projects in the South Florida market.

-Relationships with the REO/work-out groups at major lenders in the Miami/Broward MSA for high profile, high-rise developments

- Prior experience with lenders and deal structuring for distressed condo projects

- Relationships with lending institutions that are currently marketing distressed condo projects for sale.

Compensation:

The Bulk Acquisitions Director will receive a commission on every deal sourced and closed, and an equity stake in the asset. Total commissions and equity stake will be determined based on the candidates ability and level of experience.
