An independent marketing/real estate firm is seeking an experienced billboard development representative, as part of a major new program. We are launching a new business which brings real estate and outdoor advertising together in a new and dynamic way. The scope of this program is nationwide, and the company will engage with both the public and private sector.
We are seeking a candidate experienced in billboard leasing and development. The candidate should have a proven track record with one of the major national or regional outdoor advertising companies over the past decade. The candidate must be qualified in terms of identifying potential new billboard sties, securing leases for the construction/placement of new billboards, and renewal lease negotiations with existing property owners. The candidate should be capable of independent work with limited supervision, with an eye towards taking lead responsibility for this market.
