Executive Administrative Assistant
Priority of Duties:
Provide back office support to various team members
Assist the President & CEO of the company
Perform daily administrative and general office duties
Perform Quick Books functions such as AR and AP, payroll inputting, bank deposits, etc.
Help organize meetings, screen phone calls and
e-mails; calendar management
Assist in document preparations, reports, proposals, etc.
Records review, audits and data input
Mailing lists management
Filing and organizing
Coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports for management
Qualifications
High School diploma required, some college recommended
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Quick Books experience required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Adobe Professional (PDF) experience required
Professional, positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail on all work performed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Customer service oriented
