International dynamic corporate office just north of Downtown Miami area seeks a reliable and organized self-starter to assist with office / general administrative work. Must be personable, able to communicate effectively and willing to accomplish a diversified list of responsibilities. Position is entry level.
Key Responsibilities:
Telephones - screening incoming calls and relaying concise and accurate messages
Filing – labeling and organizing files
General Administration – included but not limited to mail, reception, correspondence, photocopying, faxing, and ad hoc errands
Teamwork - demonstrate flexibility to assist with overflow of work from other colleagues
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe (scanning), and Outlook
Attention to detail on all work performed
Internet research capabilities and technical computer knowledge a plus
Professional approach, polished presentation, positive attitude, and excellent telephone manner
English / Spanish bilingual important; additional languages even better
High School diploma a MUST college a PLUS
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
