"Fountain Miami" is a guerrilla-style independent art fair coming to Miami for the third year in a row and featuring 12 mostly Brooklyn-based galleries.
We're seeking volunteers to assist with pre-production beginning on November 17th then continuing through the week of Art Basel (December 3rd - 6th). In joining our team, you'll assist us in preparing the exhibition space, helping artists and galleries with performances and installations, as well as greeting visitors and members of the press.
For artists or those interested in the art world, this is a great way to see first-hand how galleries run by meeting the artists and making connections to the New York art scene.
We're a friendly, hardworking group of artists, curators and galleries, and we look forward to welcoming volunteers with both an interest in the art world and the enthusiasm to help us pull off another successful exhibition.
You don't need any special skills to participate. You should have a working mobile phone; a car is a plus but not required.
