We are seeking a Web/Graphic Designer who is creative, articulate and professional for our Miami Beach office. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for working with various internal teams and departments and capable of producing a job from concept thru final production are a must! In this role you will be responsible for the graphic design/HTML of our website UI and marketing materials. This person will work closely with product management, marketing and development teams transforming their requirements into graphical designs and “production ready” HTML. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the existing HTML and CSS across the entire website, making sure the HTML/CSS code is consistent, efficient and well formatted.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional HTML/CSS experience

• 4+ years of Graphic Design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, AfterEffects, Flash)

• Solid understanding of web content management systems.

• Good understanding of software development process

• Excellent Attention to detail

• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Strong knowledge of UI “best practices”/usability a plus

• Experience in Flash/Action Script a plus

• BA in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design and or Web Design preferred
