Real Estate Company located in Brickell area currently seeking a part-time (possibly full time) maintenance person able to handle various in and out of office tasks. You must be honest, responsible, well trimmed, bilingual, and own a car (preferably a pick-up truck), and possess valid FL drivers license and insurance.
Job would involve the following:
- minor handyman repairs and painting
- acting as messenger between the offices
- cleaning offices and outdoor terrace
- basic gardening skills
- purchasing groceries
- drive our executives and visitors from and to Miami Airport
- moving items between offices
- other miscellaneous tasks
- Location: Miami, Brickell
- Compensation: Based on experience ($10-12/ hour) plus reimbursement for gas.
