Primary responsibilities include: sourcing, screening and processing of resumes, candidate interviews, verifying references, presenting candidates and overall recruiting functions.
Ideal Independent Contractors (Recruiters) must have at least two years prior IT recruiting experience excellent communications skills, written and oral. Ability to work independently, utilize traditional and modern sourcing techniques.
