Hi.
I am in my mid-fifties and mostly work out of the home. Moving over to East Coast of Florida from other Coast.
Officially getting separated from my wife next month so I am seeking a place to live in North Dade County area preferably (Aventura, Miami Beach, around Ives Dairy Rd or into Hollywood, Hallendale Beach etc.)
A non-smoker, of course no drugs, completely responsible and no kids nor pets (though I love them both and vice versa).
Looking most likely for a short term arrangement (up to 9 months) since hope is to buy a condo or house at some point in 2010.
Must have at least 1 Bdrm and room for a large scale computer or office setup.
