1) IT professionals with solid experience in:
- C#.Net
- Ajax
- Ling to sql
- JQuery
- Framework 3.0
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a big plus


2) Experienced Website Designer:
- Website design (start to finish)
- Flash / Actionscript, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office products, Photoshop, CSS, W3C standards
- Strong layout, typography and color, web banners, email blasts, landing pages, blogs
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a big plus
