Senior Architect / Construction Manager

• Minimum of 10 years in experience in architecture
• Candidate must be a Registered Architect in the State of Florida
• Experience with Construction Administration on large-scale projects in Miami Beach a must
• Familiarity with building code and processes on Miami Beach
• Position will entail some days in the office and some days on site, or a mix
• Salary is negotiable
