We are currently seeking a live-out housekeeper that is also a handyman to work for us at our home in Miami Beach - Is just my husband, me and our small dog. JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Housekeeping in 5 K sq/ft home (steady maintaining of all housekeeping duties)
-Ironing -Light cooking - Laundry - cleaning rooms and bathrooms -
-Able to communicate details from landscaper/pool service to us.
-No children living in our home.
-M - Friday and 1/2 day on Saturday when we are in town .
-Health, Social Security, Vacations provided.
-Pay has flexibility, but will strictly depend on previous experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Legal to work in the U.S. (documentation must be provided)
-MINIMUM of two years recent private residence housekeeping experience. (Only those with private residence experience will be considered)
-Good written and communication skills
-Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
-Verifiable references <--(if we can't verify this, we cannot consider your employment)
-If you have not worked in residential housekeping recently, please do not apply.
