We are a growing marketing firm based in Atlanta and we have expanded to 4 other locations in the south east (including Miami) over the past year.
We specialize in promotional marketing and sales for the nation’s leading telecommunications company. We are spear-heading a new campaign for our clients and need 7 experienced customer service professionals to join our marketing team.
The position is entry-level with the possibility of promotion for the right candidate.
Client Specialist will receive training in the following areas
Campaign Development
Clientele Management
Market Research
Competitor Comparison Analytics
Public Relations
All applicants are expected to have…
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Management is a plus but not required
High school diploma/ Some college courses
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Marketing/ Business Management course work a strong plus but not required
