Alterna Corp. (www.alternacorp.com), the leading supplier of "green" or environmentally sustainable building products in the Southeast, Latin America and the Caribbean is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of Customer Service. Alterna is based in Miami, Florida and riding a wave of growth in the rapidly expanding green building product segment.

Responsibilities for the position will include:

a) answering phones (light to medium volume);

b) customer service;

c) entering sales orders and issuing invoices;

d) obtaining freight quotes;

e) assisting the Vice President and Office Manager; and

f) ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1) 2+ years of experience in all or most of the above categories;

2) fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking); and

3) excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
