Title: Customer Service / Call Center Representative
Primary Responsibility:
1. Handling inbound and customer calls. No Selling!
2. Will be providing customer account updates, verifying documentation and information.
3. Resolving problems regarding documentation issues.
4. May assist in researching and resolving discrepancies.
5. Updating status of customers file, while providing options and walking them through the process.
6. Processing routine to complex transactions on-line.
7. Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to specialist.
Requirements:
1. 6 - 12 months experience in a call center environment.
2. Outstanding communication skills
3. Professional demeanor
4. Positive and flexible attitude.
Number of Position Available: 15-20 Customer Service Representatives (Part-time and/or Full-time)
