„X Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least an Associate¡¦s degree in a computer-related field, or a minimum of five (5) year¡¦s experience in an IT-related position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
„X Must be able to type at least 45 wpm and possess extensive knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications including Office, Excel, Project, Access, and Outlook.
„X Required IT certifications include CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ and Citrix Certified Administrator XenApp 4.5/5.0 (CCSA) and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows Server 2003 or Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator on Windows 2008.
„X Proven experience in Citrix presentation server 4.5 or Citrix XenApp 5.0 in a Windows 2003 infrastructure.
„X Superior knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware components and overall proficiency with these components.
„X Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows XP, Windows VISTA, Windows 2003 Server.
„X Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues in a Windows 2003 network infrastructure.
„X Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in community health center, medical office or dental office setting and/or knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, preferably with the Medical Manager system preferred.
„X Preferred certifications: IT- or MIS-related certifications, and customer service certifications and membership of organizations or associations directly related to the Health Care industry.
