We are looking for a candidate to lead our technical support department, assisting customers with full after-sale support, including product management, troubleshooting, warranty, upgrade, repair, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation Administration or related field.
- 5 years professional, related technical and/or business experience.
- A&P Licensed.
- Operational experience involving commercial or military aviation or other aircraft maintenance or logistics experience.
- Experience with avionics.
- Knowledge of aviation software and proficient with computers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- MUST be Bilingual: English/Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with after-sale support, including installation, troubleshooting, upgrade, etc.
- Assist sales department with technical quotations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Organize and file documents accordingly for quality control
- Highly responsive, motivated, detail oriented.
- Location: Close to Doral
