General contractor specializing in high end residential and commercial projects seeking experienced, motivated project manager. The ideal condidate will have the skills necessary to competently manage high end retail interior buildouts from demo to turnover phase, manage ground up residential construction for high end custom homes, manage interior residential alterations with selective demo and re-construction, and manage commerical projects such as an office buildout or ground up commercial construction. A combination of experience in all areas is ideal, however, if a candidate has excellent experience in one of two of these areas only, this candidate will be considered. Skills necessary for a successful candidate are the ability to produce contracts and purchase orders efficiently, write contracts and scopes of work efficiently, the ability to produce a construction schedule, the ability to be a superior planner, the ability to be a superior organizer and motivator, the ability to establish relationships with subcontractors. It would be helpful to have experience in Timberline, Microsoft Project. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and have a great attitude.
