The Mirador 1000, A Condominium Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Manager to operate a bay front residence in the heart of South Miami Beach. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years property management experience where at least 2 years must have been at a large, high-volume and fast-paced condominium. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills, an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and strong relational skills.
Job duties and attributes include but are not limited to:
Maintaining a professional and positive work atmosphere across departments
Demonstrating a keen knowledge of Florida Statutes 718
Understanding and implementing the governing documents of the condominium
Adhering to and enforcing the Association's documents and by-laws
Comprehending concepts and reasoning effectively with little information and guidance
Being self-directed and needing little supervision
Displaying excellent problem solving, reasoning and decision making skills
Handling complex inquiries and complaints from the Board of Directors, residents, vendors and external agents
Managing staff across functionalities effectively
Possessing excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written
Preparing notes, minutes, and logs as well as attending BOD meetings.
Exhibiting basic knowledge of AP and AR procedures and best practices
Maintaining a flexible work schedule
Commanding proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel and Outlook.
ACTIVE FLORIDA CAM LICENSE IS MANDATORY!!
Must be able to meet drug-free workplace and background screening requirements
