Overall Objectives
A. Improve Hotels sales of rooms Online through 3rd party Booking Engines.
B. Improve Hotels sales of rooms through its own website.
Booking Engine 2010 Targets
Increase the amount of Booking Engines
Substantially increase Online Revenue (Percentage to be determined by owners)
Manage and update room prices and availability on all Booking Engines
Oversee the integration of an Inventory Distribution Tool to update room prices on all the Booking Engines Automatically.
Oversee the introduction of a Demand Management Strategy whereby prices are varied to meet the demand.
Online Marketing 2010 Targets
Increase Website traffic by percentage determined by ownership entity
Distribute E-Zines (Frequent Customer E mails)
Distribute 10 SMS Messages
Have at least 40 Press Releases + Latest News on the website.
Have 1000 Customers in the Customer Database
Put in place a system to encourage guests to sign up to an Online Marketing Database (E Mail Addresses)
Put in place and monitor a system to encourage guests to sign up to an SMS Scheme (Mobile Numbers)
Reporting - Provide Management with a monthly report showing;
How much revenue has been earned through each Booking Engine.
Website traffic
Quantity of Customers in the Database.
Quantity of Articles on the Website.
Quantity of E Zines Distributed.
Quantity of SMS Messages Distributed.
Quantity of Google Click-throughs.
