Growing Solar Company is in search of a driven, motivated and high-energy manager for our outbound call center. No phone sales are involved; only appointment setting. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years OUTBOUND call center experience. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Training and mentoring a team of outbound call center reps
* Maintain and turn in weekly reports
* Distribute leads agents set to proper salespeople.
* Willing to work 11am to 8p.m. with one hour lunch and Saturdays 9am to 1p.m.
* Minimum of two years experience supervising sales reps in an outbound call center environment
* Please do not apply if you do not have outbound callroom manager experience.

You will be coaching agents to learn and grow from your experience.
This is not your average call center. It is a true team oriented culture with innovative products and fantastic

The ideal candidate will have no less than five years experience in sales, customer service, and call centers. A
minimum of two years supervising phone reps in an outbound call center environment is required.
