National OTC Pharmaceutical Company located in Miami, FL is looking for a full-charge bookkeeper to work out of there Miami corporate offices and distribution center. Bookkeeping and payroll experience required. Individual must be able to multi-task, work in an extremely fast paced environment and support the Accounting Manager. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook. Duties will include weekly payroll and payroll processing through payroll processing company, daily cash balances and reconciliation of general ledger in preparation of monthly financial statements. Individual will work directly with the Accounting Manager, Controller and CEO. Multi lingual a plus English/Portuguese/Spanish. Individual must have a minimum of FIVE years experience. Position offers plenty of growth potential.
