Right now we have an open position full time working for an executive assistance with office manager/ bookkeeper/accountant skills are required as well.
We need an organized person with good english who will be able answer the phone, run the office, organize all paper work, payroll etc…
Previous work experience should be more than 5 years.
Necessary job requirements:
- Bookkeeping, Quick Books, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Running the office
- Must have expert written and verbal communication skills
- Review and prepare summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, investments reports and other documents as needed.
- Bachelors degree from recognized university.
- Be able to hire employee and interview them.
- Schedule an appointments.
Work is required full time from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm.
