Accounting firm based in Miami Beach is looking for a full charge bookkeeper. Candidate will be responsible for daily financial transactions, data entry, inputting and calculating payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple clients. Must have 5 years bookkeeping experience with a good understanding of basic accounting, excellent data entry skills and strong computer experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft word and excel. Candidate should be self motivated with ability to multi-task, set up systems, work on own initiative; possess a keen eye with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. Public accounting experience a must. Ability to speak and write English and Spanish is a plus. This position offers an opportunity for career advancement. Mon to Fri. – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
