Responsible for administering career services assistance to all students and graduates and ensuring that placement goals are met.<br>

Develop and maintain employment opportunities for graduates through industry networking and partnerships, community outreach and professional organizations. <br>
Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with area employers <br>
Maintain (should this be achieve and/or exceed)overall and programmatic established placement goals. <br>
Assist students and graduates through career readiness course instruction, resume writing, job searching, interviewing skills workshops and personal advisement for reaching career goals. <br>
Send resumes and schedule interviews to fill job order requests from employers. <br>
Maintain an active job database system to ensure sufficient job opportunities at all times for students and graduates. <br>
Track, report and document detailed employment information on graduates. <br>
Distribute, collect and analyze graduate and employer satisfaction surveys. <br>
Travel within the surrounding communities to market and develop employment opportunities. <br>
Market the school and its students and graduates through job fairs, open houses and other employment related community events. <br>

The Field Human Resources team is seeking a new member to support&nbsp;Florida. Based in a home office in Orlando or Miami, the Field Human Resources team member will partner with our Regional Director and Area Coaches to lead and support recruiting and staffing initiatives, employee relations, and leadership development in the region. <br><br>
