Hello, we are a couple that has fallen upon some hard times recently and are in need of a room to rent. At the moment only one of us is employed however the other is looking. I'd like to be able to arrange a payment plan that includes housework and/or preparing meals (I am an excellent chef) so the monthly cost is not as expensive. I saw some ads that were talking about free rent in exchange for housework, but I doubt that we would be able to find something like that considering that there's two of us.
It's been hard finding a place for the two of us but if you think about it, it would not be much different. We would mostly be in our room or out of the house, we are not loud obnoxious people, we do not party, and we don't drink or do drugs.
One of is is 420 friendly however if you are not, nothing will ever be brought in or around your house.
Realistically the most we can afford until both of us are employed is around 400, but like I said I'd like to be able to work in some house work and things to make up for what we can not afford.

I would like to rent month-to-month because there are some prospective job leads in MIA that might provoke a move in the future but I'd consider other lease durations.

I have an upper limit of $800 total (rent, utilities, cable/internet combined), and I would like all the utilities to be included in the rent so no extra hassle is necessary. However, I will only pay the full $800 if the price fits the features of the place and other offers don't materialize. I planned to move two weeks ago, but the place I had lined up in downtown West Palm Beach suddenly told me they couldn't give me the short-term lease they had originally accepted.

You should now I'm moving down from Wisconsin, but previously lived in north Boca and know the area well. I have excellent credit and no pets. I have numerous friends in the area, so if I continue to pursue a rental, I can have one of them go and look at it before making a decision (in order to ensure a legitimate and upstanding place to call home).

I would be looking to move into a furnished place sometime just after the New Year and could commit to at least TWO MONTHS and that could be paid for UPFRONT. It would have to be flexible just in case I dont close on my Townhouse so that I could possibly stay longer maybe past Feburary possibly into Mar or April.

I am a GYM, financially secure and no longer needs to work, stable, in great shape, loves to cook, very clean, outgoing, respectful, discreet, drug and disease free and in a committed relationship. My BF would stay in NY and would only come down every other weekend for the weekend. We are both quite and very understanding guys. We have friends in the area so when I am there myself would be out and about. And on weekends that my BF is in town we would also be out and about, hitting the beach, bike riding, hitting the gym, visiting friends and just being social.

I would like to bring down two new Seadoos on a new trailer. I plan on parking them at the UHaul on Dixie Hwy unless something else comes available. I would have one vehicle and two bikes, again, I could leave the bikes at the storage facility as well.
