My father (who is very intelligent and accomplished) has dementia and it has become necessary for him to come live with us in our home.
Although he is 84, he is physically in good shape and enjoys day outings as well as good company.
I am seeking a good team (to cover 24 hour care) to make his life and ours secure, safe and comfortable.
This could be live-in, however it is not a requirement.
We need caregivers who are able to provide Personal Care services (Personal hygiene assistance, bed positioning, assist with light exercise, help with restroom use, transportation, assistance with bathing, showering and dressing) as well as some house-work and companionship.
You must be dependable and have a warm heart, as well as the ability to adjust to changing needs.
English speaking, professional appearance, and fitness is important, please include photo if possible.

Position Requirements: should have the following:

� Home Health Aide certification.
� Current CPR, First Aid Certifications, TB (PPD) test.
� At least 6 months related experience.
� Clean criminal background history and must consent to a background check.
