Technical Requirements:
Must be able to troubleshoot: operating systems (various versions of MAC and/or Windows), common applications/software (Microsoft Office,) e-mail applications/accounts (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc,) internet set up and connectivity and networks (devices and issues; wired and wireless). The platform for the finished product will be a limited network of computers running Windows XP SP2, possibly incorporating a server running Windows Server 2003 SP2, and the database will be MS-SQL 2005. The .NET framework will be limited to 2.0.
The tools I have are Visual Studio 2005 - Professional Edition, SQL Server 2005 - Developer edition, and MSDN Professional Subscription. I would like to do as much as possible in C#, but am open to doing parts of it in any of the other languages available in Visual Studio.
