We are a company started in 1981 and on the Internet since 1995. We are seeking qualified candidates to manage our product catalog consisting of over 150,000 items. We are seeking career minded individuals for this full time, long term position. This position will be very rewarding for the right person and there is room for growth and advancement. Here is a description of the duties involved.

This position includes but is not limited to the following tasks, duties etc.

• Enter all new products, accessories etc. into our database
• Handle all updates as required for existing products including product descriptions, specifications, pricing etc.
• Manage entire image library for all products and for website as needed. This will include dealing with manufacturers to get images as needed, scan and photograph items as required
• Work with sales, marketing and IT staff to resolve tickets submitted to correct data, images etc.
• Continually check all database submissions for accuracy

The following skills are absolutely required if you would like to be considered for this position.

• Must be EXTREMELY organized and accurate for this position. For us mistakes are very costly.
• Previous experience working with flatbed scanner and basic product photography required
• Minimum 3 years experience working with images using Photoshop or similar software
• Minimum 3 years experience working with data entry, content management, using FTP etc.
• Must be extremely reliable, hard working and willing to get the job done on time
• Must be able to work independently or as a team
• Light graphic or web design experience helpful but not required
