Small, well established, company specializing in Hardware and Tools based in Broward county is seeking a full time, in-house PHP Programmer/Web Master.
Job Description
• Build, maintain, and upgrade current web portal, custom admin backend, and custom client backend
• Be able to take a concept and do the coding, testing, delivery and maintenance of the finished code
• Manage software development projects and work effectively with other developers overseas
• Be a team player, work through problems, and reach solutions fast
• Be willing to work in-house only and take home work on nights and weekends when necessary
• Must be creative and work flexible hours in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks
• Has the ability to work with various development tools, languages, and platforms
Education, Skills, and Experience Required
• At least 5+ years experience with strong PHP and MySQL knowledge a must
• Minimum 3 years experience in custom database and custom application development work
• Javascript knowledge a must and Jquery a plus
• HTML, XHTML, CSS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Be able to show live websites and other evidence of work and experience
• Individual should be a fast learner of new technologies and a creative thinker
• Lead generation and/or web portal experience a huge plus
