Site/Location Manager and experienced detailers NEEDED with a rapidly growing national detail outsource company with tons of advancement opportunity. We are hiring a full staff for a new location. Positions available: Site manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Detailers.
About the Site Mangement Position:
The Site Manager is responsible for supervising the activities of the production team & ensuring that procedural and safety standards are followed at the shop level. The Site Manager is the primary on-site contact for the Company and its dealers. This individual should possess strong customer service skills, strong communication skills and be able to lead by example.
This position is half salary and half production pay based.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact and communication for dealer staff
• Record time in/out of each associate at a shop level
• Manage data collection process
• Distribute job orders equitably across production staff
• Reinforce safety and operational training message imparted by the Area Manager
• Submit orders to the Area Manager for shop equipment & cleaning supplies
• Initiate repair orders for malfunctioning equipment
• Reinforce shop level compliance with respect to (a) procedures as specified by our client, (b) operational practices as stated by the Company, and (c) safety / environmental standards as indicated in the employee handbook, safety manual, or best practice manual
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of auto detailing experience
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Supervisory experience mandatory
• Bilingual (Spanish) speaking a plus
• Strong oral communication skills
• Inherent ability to lead and motivate by example
• Adaptability and possessive of a get it done attitude
• Flexibility in working hours
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate a variety of vehicles including manual transmissions
