Large apartment complex looking for a maintenance / A/C Technician.
Must be A/C certified and have the ability to deal with people, especially residents and site staff.
Basic knowledge of inventoey control, preventative maintenance, record keeping and work order record keeping.
Looking for some sone that is hands on and has the abilty to figure out what is wrong and not just replace something.
Should have exprience in plumbing, electric, and appliances
