room to rent is in seperate section of house and nearly soundproof, can be furnished or not. house has in ground pool w/screen smoking room, rec room w/billiards table/music/karaoke, large kitchen, washer/dryer. off street parking and a fenced yard for storage included in rent. quiet, secure neighborhood 1 mile from beach, 1 block to marinas/boating, 1/2 mile to I595, walking distance to all amenities. free tv but 1/3 split on other utilities-outside smokers welcome-no pets-flexible/monthly lease terms. prefer a part time tenant(someone who sleeps somewhere else every so often) but all fun but respectful persons welcome
