I have $140 a week/ neg/ for a weekly room rental I am a liberal early 40's Male looking for a NonFurnished , but simple room to rent by the week. I do need a WiFi signal and a private entrance. Reason being, I do Bodywork. I am not a LMT/ Massage Therapist..Looking if possible for a Roomie in the Same Business.. If and when I do have a client stop by it is usually during late morning and early afternoon and after work hours. I am looking for a serious NonSexual business / rental arrangement. I am pretty minimalistic , dont smoke ,very neat and have no pets.. If you are at a complex with an Exercise Room even better. I am in Key West now and it is extremely slow..
