37 year old Masculine Latin Gay Guy looking to rent a room. Would Prefer to stay in or near Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale. I work Full Time for an Eye Doctor and I do Massage Therapy part time as well.. I do have a small 3 year old Shih Tzu (dog) that is very quiet, and well behaved and extremely friendly so you would need to like dogs. Would prefer to have my own bathroom but that is not a deal breaker... Looking to pay between $500-$650 per month with utilities included if possible. I work 40 hours a week and I do play alot of tennis, usually 3-5 times a week mostly in the evenings after work. Please let me know what you have available. Would like to move in ASAP....
