Hello, I am currently seeking to find a seasonal share in Wilton Manors and prefer to be in Wilton Station or either on or just off Wilton Drive. I live in NY and I have purchased a Short Sale in Wilton Station. I honestly have no idea when we will close on the Townhouse. I would love to find a spot in WILTON STATION first but would consider other similar locations. I would be looking to move into a furnished place sometime just after the New Year and could commit to at least TWO MONTHS and that could be paid for UPFRONT. It would have to be flexible just in case I don’t close on my Townhouse so that I could possibly stay longer maybe past February possibly into Mar or April.

I am a GWM, normal, straight acting, masculine, financially secure and no longer needs to work, stable, in great shape, who loves to cook, very clean, outgoing, respectful, discreet, drug and disease free and in a committed relationship. My BF would stay in NY and would only come down every other weekend for the weekend. We are both quite and very understanding guys. We have friends in the area so when I am there myself would be out and about. And on weekends that my BF is in town we would also be out and about, hitting the beach, bike riding, hitting the gym, visiting friends and just being social.

I would like to bring down two new Seadoos on a new trailer. I plan on parking them at the UHaul on Dixie Hwy unless something else comes available. I would have one vehicle and two bikes, again, I could leave the bikes at the storage facility as well.
