We are two guys looking to rent a guest house in the South Florida area on either a month to month, 6 month, or even yearly basis. We are originally from Texas, currently live in Panama City, Panama, but are looking to spend 50% of our time here. We both have very stable jobs, one of us is a webdesigner, and the other a manager of an offshore webhosting company which means we can work remotely. We're looking in the $600-800 price range, but it's negotiable. We're looking to start renting in either December or January. We're also very clean and professional, we have our own furniture, and we do not smoke. Please let me know. :)
