After sifting through nearly every MLS listing, I cannot seem to locate even one property situated on an ocean-access canalway (with or without fixed bridges) offering owner/seller financing or a lease purchase agreement. If you are selling, or have knowledge of, a single-family house or duplex/triplex/quadplex/etc. located on ocean-access water in the Broward area (Fort Lauderdale, Dania, Hollywood, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, etc.) PLEASE contact me as I am a very interested buyer. Considering the difficulty of such a find, I am not picky with regard to dimensions, features, etc. I can also accept fixer-uppers. Total price of a single-family home should allow for payments in the neighborhood of $2000/ month at the most (i.e., no more than about $330,000, dependent upon interest rate). If multi-family, price may approach $500,000, with higher payments.
