Real Estate Renovation Project Manager

An established real-estate company is looking for a project manager to supervise renovation projects throughout Broward county. If you have 5 or more years of experience as a construction foreman or building code inspector this is the job for you. Salary will be based on knowledge level and experience.

A highly qualified applicant must have the following knowledge skills and or abilities:

Expert knowledge in : Cost Estimating, supervision of contractors, etc.

Excellent driving record (Company vehicle will be provided).

Applicant must be able to work a 6 day week.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants preferred.
