A fast-growing home care agency in BROWARD County is looking for an EXPERIENCED homecare coordinator!
Requirements: Enthusiasm and a "people person" is a must. Office experience required. Must be genuinely concerned about helping people. Must possess high standards of honesty and integrity. Must meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks: Criminal Back-ground Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record, and business and personal references. Reliable transportation is required. Computer skills and excellent organizational skills required. Position may require travel between satellite offices.
Duties include: Daily phone usage with clients and employees; interviewing potential employees; coordination and placement of home health aides to clients’ homes; home visits to clients to introduce company services; filing claims with insurance companies; some after-hours phone support.
Fluency in Spanish or any other language is a plus. Knowledge of Medicare and CHAP policies and procedures is a plus.
