Yes - You can wear jeans to work.. This is a Part Time position (15 - 20 hours) Position includes general office work, filing, phones. In addition, individual will be responsible for posting invoices, payments, purchase orders etc. in Quickbooks.
Additional responsibilities include answer phone, greeting customers, sales etc.
This is a small office. Company has been in business over 20 years. Casual office, opportunity to deal with customers from all over US, Hawaii and Caribbean.
Looking for energetic person that can multi task.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Bilingual English / Spanish (read & write) required.
