Account Service Clerk

Account Service Clerk position open for immediate hire. We are seeking someone whose background meets or exceeds the following criteria:

• MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS CONSISTENT OFFICE EXPERIENCE with a background in accounting and/or billing, medical office experience a plus
• Successful history of executing administrative level responsibilities
• EXCELLENT REFERENCES specific to PROVEN PERFORMANCE
• Detail oriented in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and courteous attitude
• Organized and efficient multi-tasking capabilities

The general responsibilities for this position require that you are able to demonstrate the following abilities:
• Typing 55 wpm or more
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to customized software
• Data entry with 100% accuracy (required)
• Client relations and service with an emphasis on resolving issues
• Excellent work ethic and problem solving skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• A/P and A/R reconciliation
