Broward Meals on Wheels is now looking for someone to: supervise and provide on-going training for Social Workers and assist in the supervision of BSW/MSW Interns when assigned to the agency. Manage and supervise our social work department. Create a relationship with FIU and FAU Schools of Social Work and develop an ongoing Internship Recruitment Program (IRP). Represent the department at conferences and when addressing community groups.

Skills and experience required:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or experience in social services or related fields.
Knowledge of the Aging Network, informal and formal community resources, and their eligibility requirements is helpful.
Reliable dependable personal transportation
Ability to support the emotional needs of the elderly populatin in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.
Ability to work within all the cultures of the community being served.
Computer friendly.
Field experience.
Must have verifiable references to confirm stated ability to supervise employees.
Must be able to understand/work with/comply with goals, objectives, and regulations of agency.
Detail oriented (document accurately and thoroughly on a timely basis).
