Paralegal wanted with 3 to 5 years of experience for our busy Weston, FL litigation law firm.

We are hiring a Paralegal for our Civil Litigation department to assist us in:

1) Managing our cases;
2) Organize and calendar all events associated with all files on Times Matters software;
3) Prepare pleadings;
4) Listen and follow all instruction and tasks by dictation, email, and through lawyer and paralegal meetings.

You must be able to complete your tasks fast and efficiently. If you feel you are too slow in completing your work, please do not apply.

Knowledge of Time Matters is a must.
Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a plus.
