Small South Broward law firm seeking an extremely organized, enthusiastic, dependable, and competent worker to provide legal support for a Real Estate/Litigation law practice.
EXPERIENCE IN BOTH FIELDS IS A REQUIREMENT.
Must haves:
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in word, outlook, and other legal software.
• Ability to work a computer competently and comfort with technology. .
• Ability to learn fairly quickly and adapt in this fast paced, friendly working environment.
Responsibilities will include:
• Filing
• Drafting Legal Documents (Motions, Notices, etc.)
• Dealing with Multiple Aspects of a Real Estate Transaction
• Coordinating Hearings
• Greeting Clients
• Answering Phones
• Scheduling/Confirming Appointments
• Copies
