The Big “S” BeerFest hits Fort Lauderdale as Drunken Santa and his naughty helpers descend on Huizenga Plaza at the corner of Andrews Avenue and Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale on December 4, 2009, from 6pm to 11pm. The five-hour event, previously the City Link/metro-mix BeerFest, kicks the holiday season into high gear under the stars with more than 100 of the world's best beers, local bands and tasty food .
Psychics will provide readings, artists will create air-brush tattoos, and merchant booths will offer their goods and services during the event.
In addition to all the BeerFest has to offer, you can also enjoy the special ambiance of the VIP area. This private location next to the fountain offers free food and liquor for VIP guests.
Advance tickets are available online at SouthFlorida.Metromix.com/Beerfest for $20 Tickets are $25 the gate. VIP Area tickets are available online for $35, and are $40 at gate.
