We have an immediate need for hands on Project Manager (s) / Estimator (s) with experience in repair / remodeling of residential / commercial properties. Our focus is restoring homes and commercial buildings with high quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and little workforce turnover.

General Requirements
• Minimum of 8+ yrs exp. in construction remodeling to include INSURANCE RESTORATION and be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints
• Must be proficient with S. Florida building codes (or willing to learn)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field preferred but not required
Project Management Requirements
• The perfect applicant would have property adjusting experience; insurance adjuster (storm adjuster or public adjuster) a plus; so is project management for an insurance renovation firm.
• Candidate will be able to select subcontractors, define their work scopes, hire and negotiate sub contracts and prices.
• Must have an establish network of local vendors
