car wash is seeking hands on site manager :
responsibilities include supervising the activities of staff and ensuring safety standards are followed
needs to have strong customer service skills, strong communication skills and be able to lead by example.
site manager is the primary on site contact for the company and its staff.
has to be able to multi task and work under pressure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
primary contact for employees and customers, record time of each associate of front line ,finish line and detail shop.
distribute job orders equitably across production staff.
submit orders to the general manager for chemicals and cleaning supplies needed .
recruit , interview and reinforce safety and operational training for new and existing associates.
Requirements: minimum of 2 years in the car wash and detail area or in car wash management .
supervisory experience mandatory
high school diploma or GED
bilingual Spanish/English
strong oral communication
energetic and enthusiastic individual
flexibility in working hours
valid Florida driver license and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles ancl. manual transmissions
some knowledge of machinery /handy person
weekends a must, days off are Tues , Weds or Thurs

- Compensation: is based on experience starting salary is 32,000.00 /5 days a week full time 10 to 11 hrs a day
