A leader in the global beauty market in Fort Lauderdale FL is seeking a supervisor for our Inbound and Outbound sales center


Job duties include:

Managing a staff of agents, recruiting, training, supervising, call monitoring, problem solving.


Requirements:

• Experience supervising a inbound/outbound call center for at least 1 year.

• Must be motivated by success and very reliable.

• Strong work ethics, must lead by example.

• Strong management skills, need to be able to control the floor.

• Great personal skills, must be a “people person”.

• Basic computer skills.
