Job Description and Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, the candidate is responsible for supervising a staff of technicians that provide services for the county. These collectors observe and collect urine specimens from clients selected to appear in person by the county at specific collection sites a few miles apart from one another. The candidate will also be responsible for making routine visits to these specific sites, checking inventory, and occasionally performing observed collections if testing is behind schedule, or the unlikely event that a technician has called in sick.
Other responsibilities will include conducting sales calls over the telephone and in person, submitting weekly sales/progress reports to the Sales Manager.
The candidate must be presentable, professional, a self-starter, and assertive.
Education and Experience
Must have customer service, supervisory and sales experience. College Degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience managing several employees, customer service and new business development.
Skills
Must be computer literate and familiar with the Internet, Outlook Express, Word, and Excel Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Must approach issues proactively and report them immediately to the Manager. Must develop a solid working relationship with the internal staff to ensure that information flows quickly and accurately. Must be flexible and adapt to changes in the process and responsibilities as required.

Training will be conducted by Phamatech.

Salary negotiable commensurate with experience. Opportunity to earn commissions on Sales.
